Cozy Life can be played with Guest Login only.
Your game progress is saved on your device. If you reinstall the app or change the device, the progress will be reset.
Keeping the app installed allows you to save the progress when we release game updates too.
If your game progress resets unexpectedly, please contact us by opening a Ticket from the Game app:
- Open the app settings.
- Select "Support & FAQs".
- Select "Chat with us".
- Select "Get Help".
- Select "Report a Bug".
As the game is currently in beta, player progress might be reset once an update is performed. Please check our What's New? section for any information related to game updates.
